The Sines Railway station was opened at the 14th September 1936 and was closed in the Year 1990. The route was going from Ortiga to Sines. The train route is up today only active to the refinery of Repsal and to the Port. Around the Train station building are flow diagrams (Auzuleijos) with Symbols of the life of Vasco da Gama, the Fishers and the history of Sines.
