A long stage of 37.5 km with beautiful landscapes, through roads, country lanes and road sections. Today is characterized by the ascent to Padornelo (1,365 m) with 360 metres of altitude difference over 9 kilometers.
I was repeatedly accompanied by streams and rivers today, some of which spread out along the way. Puebla de Sanabres, with its historic town center from the Middle Ages, was named European Capital of Biodiversity in 2021.
Today I have my accommodation in Padornelo in a hotel, because of the falling darkness it made no sense to continue walking.
