Long stage with 31.6 km to Zamora, with few roads worth mentioning and one stopover: Villanueva de Campeán, with all services.
The route was mainly on dirt roads through wide corn fields.
Crossing the medieval bridge over the Duero River, we reach Zamora; the city, especially its old town, is a true open-air museum of Romanesque art with numerous buildings of this style, among which the Cathedral and the Church of Santa María Magdalena stand out.
It was rainy and extremely muddy in places. A wrong turn cost me another 4 km, so that in the end I covered 35.7 km.
