The Bridge 25th April is with 3,2 KM the 3rd longest Bridge in the World with combined Street and Train use. In the Pillar 7 of the Bridge 25th April is an exhibition about the History of the Bridge.
The interactive exhibition “Bridge Experience – Pillar 7″is in the Bridge Pillar 7 of the Bridge of the 25th April in Alcântara, Lisbon. The Bridge of the 25th April is one of the most beautiful Bridges in the World.
The exhibition start with a walk around outside of the Bridge Pillars. Than the way is going in the exhibition Room’s inside the Bridge Pillar 7. There is to see the steel cables which old the bridge and give the stability. Also you can see the History of the Bridge, from the first Idea to build a bridge across the River Tejo until to opening the interactive exhibition in the year 2017, with a big Model of the 3.2 Km long Bridge. The Highlight if the exhibition is the trip with the Elevator to the floor 26, where is the viewing platform. From the platform you will have a very wonderful view and the wanking Bridge make it really to an adventure.
The exhibition is worth a visit in any case. However, one should not be afraid of heights.
